If you are not satisfied with your publication purchase for any reason, you may refund for it for store credit only. Please see below for additional information.

All payments for website design and creation or monthly advertising retainer shall be non-refundable and non-assessable.

REFUNDS

We offer a 24-hour refund window for all purchases. After this period, no refunds will be allowed. Our policy is in place to protect the integrity of our offering. (This does NOT mean your article will be published within 24 hours. Your articles will be published within 24 hours AFTER you approve your drafts “during weekdays”)

RETURN PROCESS

To refund a service, please email customer service at contact@commandinfluencepr.com. After receiving your email, we will contact you via email and discuss other publications we can get your article(s) published in for the same value as your original purchase. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your email to get a response.

EXCEPTIONS

Articles that have already been published are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded.

We will give you a money-back refund if we fail to deliver a service within 30 days after you’ve approved the article(s).
